Online Student Photo System - Maintenance Notice

You may have been redirected to this page as part of the rollout of the new Online Student Photo System.

The system is not yet available for submission and will be fully operational from 25 May 2026 onwards.

Please access the system from 25 May onwards to upload your photograph.

Meanwhile, you may prepare your photograph for submission in accordance to the "Photo Do’s and Don’ts".

Photograph will be printed in Student ID card that will last you for the duration you are in SMU. Any change of photograph will incur a charge.

SMU reserves the right to reject any photograph that it deems inappropriate or not properly/well taken.
